Hands up who loves The Beano?

Me, me! And hopefully you too. The Beano has been bringing enjoyment and fun to the lives of generations of kids for years now. Whether you're new to this fantastic comic or a die-hard fan who's been reading it for years, hopefully you will find these pages informative and easy to use.

'Beano' rings a bell, what is it?

For those of you who vaguely remember of have heard about the Beano, here is a quick introduction. It's a comic featuring a mix of funny cartoon stories based around a few core characters (Dennis the Menace probably being the best known even though he wasn't introduced until the 1950s!) There are also characters who have come and gone through the years, often reflecting the social-economic climate of the era - such as Lord Snooty who was dropped and then brought back.
